Welcome to Quantum wellbeing

An Integrated Programme for Holistic Health

Quantum Wellbeing is a flexible programme, centred on holistic healing principles to manage and support different aspects and experiences of health and wellbeing.  The programme recognises the systemic, connected reality of the human body and neurophysiology and makes no attempt to divide, fix, nor perfect it.  Instead the interventions centre on understanding and acceptance of our natural health and neurophysiological experience.

Programme training can be delivered to individuals and groups, privately or in work, community or health settings.

The programme structure and contents were originally conceived and promoted as an adaptive model for yoga training and coaching interventions in 2016-18, and are based on yoga and other systemic health interventions.  It has since been extensively tested and proven.

Employee Nurture Programmes

My Quantum Wellbeing Employee Nurture programmes and interventions help organisations transform their people proposition: the value they offer to Employees.

Value Gain = Value Given (and vice versa)

This principle of energetic exchange means that if people perceive more value in and from their work, they will contribute more value to it.

If they feel better at and about work, they work better and stay in the role longer.  If they have more positive experiences of their employment, they are more likely to contribute.

I understand the core, strategic people challenges and pain-points for technical and client service businesses.  Here are the top five:

Challenge #1: Combatting Brain Drain

Talent retention is tough in an environment of skills shortage, especially for technical talent.  It's a competitive market, with ever-increasing pay rates for the best and brightest.  The key challenge is how to attract and retain gifted and talented individuals, and assure leadership succession.

Challenge #2: Demonstrating Impact

Any client service business operates on tight margins.  Non-billable time is dead time so every penny invested in people development has to count.  Many businesses are only just getting off the starting blocks.  I track strategic levers and impacts so clients can demonstrate the return on investment.

Challenge #3: Delivering Wellbeing With Substance

Employee Wellbeing is a high-growth area, but a lot of solutions are vague and fluffy, with patchy take-up.  Or they are aimed at a narrow segment of the workforce, or highly standardised.  With an abundance of tactical, point solutions for physical or emotional wellbeing, organisations end up with piecemeal, tactical initiatives that deliver little to no real impact.  I offer pragmatic, yet innovative solutions across all aspects of health and wellbeing.

Challenge #4: Bottom of the List

Fast-paced, rapid growth businesses, naturally focus on the immediate operational front-line: meeting and exceeding client demands.  Sometimes they struggle to have the right people in the right roles, let alone make any considered investment in those people.  It can be all they can do to keep up with the pace of recruitment.  This leaves little to no headspace for more strategic people initiatives, so they end up bottom of the list of priorities.  That's why we use Agile methodologies to deliver meaningful change via short, incremental change interventions.

Challenge #5: Developing the "Machine Mind"

Technical and client service organisations struggle to attract and retain gifted and talented people.  Technical people may be more naturally oriented towards controllable machines or the physical environment, so may not be the easiest people to help develop or support.  This can translate into a lack of enthusiasm and engagement, at all levels, which needs an adapted approach to Nurture & Wellbeing.
