"I started regular (group) yoga classes as I thought the exercises might help a dodgy back and general fitness. I needed gentle exercises and weekly classes suit me fine. I tentatively began, feeling apprehensive, but the helpful Instructor calmed my nerves.
The exercises concentrate on various parts of the body but we are advised to apply caution regarding past injuries or any weaknesses. I have benefited greatly from a range of movements giving me a general feeling of improved wellbeing thanks to the guidance and expertise of our Instructor."

I've trained Community Groups with varied physical abilities and health conditions with a mix of mat- and chair yoga, both online and Face to Face.
I've helped teams of employees working in stressful job roles to boost wellbeing at work, with an holistic blend of yoga, mindfulness meditation and relaxation practices, via regular weekly classes, and one-off wellbeing workshops.
I've trained couples and friendship groups of time-poor working parents who want to learn and practice yoga and meditation together.
I've worked with adults aged from 18 to people in their late 80s, including those who are diagnosed with chronic and degenerative illnesses. Gentler forms of yoga and chair yoga can help people notice and adapt to physical changes, and maintain functional mobility.
