Yoga & wellness workshops are an ideal way for employers and community groups to bring people together in a mindful and healthy way.
Workshops are an ideal format for community groups and employers looking to offer ad-hoc or regular yoga and wellness training. Choose from online delivery, or face to face locally in St Albans, Watford and surrounding areas. Workshops can be 30/45/60 minutes in duration, or longer if needed, and can be booked on a one-off or regular basis. Here are just a few of the themed workshops I can offer...
A vinyasa yoga workshop to revive and boost energy and mood with a dynamic, flowing style of yoga practice. The class is suitable for people who can stand and move freely.
A gentler style of hatha yoga practice for people who may have more limited movement or mobility, but are able to stand unaided. Chair Yoga is also an option.
A beginners' mindfulness meditation workshop, ideal for people seeking a way to restore calm and peace amidst the busyness of life, or work. The class is suitable for adults (18+) of all abilities.
A Heart Yoga workshop focuses on emotional health and wellbeing, with specially adapted yoga and mindful self-compassion practices.
A blend of Power Yoga and strength/body resistance training, Rogue Yoga is a technical style of hatha yoga practice, focusing on alignment and form to help build muscle and core strength. The class is suitable for people who can stand and move freely.
Relax and unwind with a calming, soothing guided relaxation session, in the yoga nidra (deep relaxation) tradition. This session helps combat burnout and is of value to anyone struggling to access good quality rest or sleep.
