You don't need to be able to touch your toes, stand on your head, or even your feet...
An integrative, holistic approach considers the natural complexity of each whole person: neurophysiology, context and circumstance.
Personalised, evidence-based, integrative interventions help people to understand, adapt, preserve and/or restore capacity and function, to whatever extent is reasonably possible for their individual, ever-changing reality.
Adaptive Yoga, Chair Yoga and Integrative Yoga allow more people the opportunity to benefit from holistic training. Yoga includes physical yoga poses and exercises (asana), breathwork (pranayama), mindfulness and meditation (dharana & dhyana), and relaxation (nidra). The mantra: "Guide from clarity, with compassion" supports my intention to be aware of, and compassionate toward different people's unique experience, in my life-work as a Coach, and Trainer.
