Yoga is about connection. I teach group Beginners' Yoga classes at St Luke's Church Hall, Bricket Wood, St Albans, weekly on Tuesday evenings, at 6.45 - 7.45pm, and group Improvers Yoga classes at 7.30 - 8.30 pm, online on Monday evenings.
