My practice centres on jnana yoga - the yoga of knowing, or insight. It involves study and practice, leadership, teaching and training, mentoring and coaching. I enjoy working facilitatively; giving space for clients’ individual perspectives and abilities.
Our bodies, minds, energies and emotions are unique and forever changing amidst and in response to our experience. They are never entirely fixed, static or constant. This means that we are each best placed to learn for and from ourselves what is best for us at any particular moment. My role as a Coach & Trainer is to support an inward ‘tuning in’ of focus and attention, so this can happen; then offering a range of practical suggestions and techniques to support insight, learning and progression.
I encourage my clients to focus on their core intention for their individual health and wellbeing. This inspires motivation for personal growth and development.
