Looking to explore or deepen your yoga practice in a welcoming group environment? From Tuesday, 13th May 2025 I shall be offering Community Yoga classes at St Luke's Church Hall, Bricket Wood, St Albans, weekly on Tuesday evenings.
Beginners/Gentle yoga at 7.00 - 7.55pm and Improvers/Strong Yoga at 8.05 - 9pm. £10 per person per class, with discounted and concession rates. You don't need to pre-book; simply arrive 10 mins before your chosen class start time, with a yoga mat.
Looking for a more personalised approach to your yoga and wellbeing practice? My private yoga coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. I will work with you one-on-one to help you develop and deepen your practice, whatever your starting point.
Looking to 'press pause' on a busy life, and restore your wellbeing? I offer workshops and training programmes for Employers and Community Groups (with discounted rates for non-profits).
Alternatively you can book in for a personalised Solo Yoga Workshop or Retreat and immerse yourself in the practice of yoga in a peaceful urban woodland studio. I offer fully bespoke, themed 1 to 1 half- and full-day restorative retreats, with availability throughout the year, to fit your schedule.

My practice centres on jnana yoga - yoga of knowing or insight. It includes study and practice, leadership, teaching and training, mentoring and coaching. I work intuitively and facilitatively, giving space for clients’ individual perspectives and abilities, in the moment.
Our bodies, minds, energies and emotions are unique and forever changing, amidst and in response to experience. They are never entirely fixed, static or constant. This means that we are each best placed to learn for and from ourselves what works for us in any moment. My role as Coach & Trainer is to support an 'inner tuning' of focus and attention so this can happen; then offering practical suggestions and techniques to support movement and progression.
I encourage my clients to focus on their core intention for their personal health and wellbeing. This inspires motivation for personal growth and development.
I offer face to face yoga training in a quiet, woodland studio, as well as live online, via Zoom.
