This policy sets out the use and activity in relation to Artificial Intelligence tools, systems and applications for all users of The Yoga Coach (UK) website. This policy is an update and addendum to policy guidance notes published, in post format, on The Yoga Coach, UK business account of the Meta/Facebook social media platform.
The Yoga Coach (UK) is a sole trader business, owned by Faye Ashton, and operating from 57 Black Boy Wood, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL2 3LW, UNITED KINGDOM.
The Yoga Coach (UK) chooses to not consciously nor actively engage with systems of Artificial Intelligence systems, where they can be avoided. This recognising that machine learning and Large Language Learning (LLM) models are increasingly being 'by default' deployed and integrated as part of existing Cloud platform software applications, including for small and medium-sized businesses.
The Yoga Coach (UK) does not use Generative AI tools to author or generate copy (written text content), except in rare cases to consider and compare the copy suggestions that AI may make.
Artificial Intelligence tooling is embedded in the website CMS (content management system) and thus may be used to help search for image content, which are part of stock image content libraries, and also to serve certain website features and functionality.
The website service provider also occasionally auto-deploys AI-enabled Digital Content Marketing features or functions, like chatbots or live conversation features. Where possible these are de-activated, as I am notified they are operational.
